Abeno Harukas "HARUKAS 300" Observation Deck
Take a dedicated elevator from the ticket counter on the 16th floor of Abeno Harukas straight up to 300 meters above ground. The observation deck offers panoramic views of the Osaka Plain from the all-glass corridor on the 60th floor and the outdoor terrace on the 58th floor. A revised two-tier pricing system is scheduled to take effect from July 23, 2026.

Three-Level Floor Layout: 60F, 59F, and 58F
At HARUKAS 300, visitors take a dedicated elevator from the ticket counter on the 16th floor directly up to the 60th floor. The top floor features an indoor corridor with floor-to-ceiling glass on all four sides, offering sweeping views of the Osaka Plain from approximately 300 meters above ground. One floor below, the 59th floor houses the merchandise shop "SHOP HARUKAS 300." The 58th floor is an open-air terrace with a void structure, where visitors can enjoy the scenery while feeling the outdoor air among wood decking and greenery. Inside, the café-restaurant "SKY GARDEN 300" is available, with outdoor terrace seating as well. On clear days, the view can stretch from Kyoto and the Rokko mountain range to the Akashi Kaikyō Bridge, Awaji Island, the Ikoma mountain range, and Kansai International Airport.
Admission Prices Revised on July 23, 2026
Through July 22, 2026, admission is divided into four tiers: Adults (18+) ¥2,000, Junior & Senior High School Students (ages 12–17) ¥1,200, Elementary School Students (ages 6–11) ¥700, Young Children (age 4+) ¥500, and age 3 and under free. From July 23, the structure is simplified to two tiers: Adults (age 15+) ¥2,200, Children (ages 6–14) ¥900, and Preschoolers (age 5 and under) free. Tickets can be purchased at the counter on the 16th floor on the day of your visit, or in advance via online e-ticket; pricing is based on the date of visit rather than the purchase date. Same-day re-entry is not permitted.
Take a Break at SKY GARDEN 300 on the 58th Floor
The 58th-floor outdoor terrace is home to café-restaurant "SKY GARDEN 300." With both indoor seating and outdoor terrace seating available, guests can enjoy food and drinks while taking in the open air nearly 300 meters above the city — an experience unique to this floor. Drinks are served from 9:30 AM to 9:30 PM, and food from 10:30 AM to 9:00 PM, which differ slightly from the observation deck's operating hours (9:00 AM–10:00 PM). If you're visiting late in the evening, keep in mind when food service ends.
Edge the Harukas Currently on Hiatus
A special limited-time experience called "Edge the Harukas" — where participants walked along the outer edge of the building at 300 meters — was previously offered, but according to the official website it is currently on hiatus. Any announcement regarding its return is expected to be posted in the news section of the official website, so those specifically interested in that experience should check for the latest updates before visiting. The regular observation deck remains open and fully accessible as usual.
